Most mini quads use small diameter axles that break like toothpicks under mild stress. The trick has been to design an axle that is lightweight but can take a beating especially in the racing circuit. Titanium axles are only as strong as mild steel and act like a spring bouncing the quad up and down. This bouncing action gives the rider less control.

The new Durable X-33 mini axle eliminates bouncing and is 5 times stronger than the titanium axles currently being used. The new hollow design makes the axle lightweight.
